Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 451–Vehicle was released in favour of petitioner-bank with the direction that it will not be disposed of or transferred to any third party till the final disposal of the case–This Court concerns with the findings of the Trial Court that no purpose would be served by keeping the seized vehicle in police custody, however, it would be justified to permit the petitioner to auction the same to recover the outstanding dues–But the amount of auction shall be kept in fixed deposit till the disposal of case.
