Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881–Secs. 138 & 141–Dishonour of cheque due to instruction of stop payment–Whether the cheques were given as security or not, or whether there was an outstanding liability or not, is a question of facts which could have been determined by trial Court after recording evidence–Quashment of proceedings was not justified.
