Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023–Sec. 483–Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023–Secs. 137(2)–Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012–Sec. 11/12–Bail application–Victim changed her stand in the statements u/s 183, BNSS, and alleged that she was abducted and subjected to forcible sexual assault by the petitioner–It is also noteworthy that the mother of the victim and other close relatives, in their statements recorded u/s. 180 BNSS, stated that the victim did not disclose to them that she had been abducted or subjected to sexual assault by the petitioner–Petitioner is in judicial custody and the investigation against him has already concluded–He has no criminal antecedents–Bail granted subject to certain conditions.
