Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005–Sec. 2(q)–Word “adult male” used in the definition of the respondent–It contains invidous discrimination which is not synced to the objects sought to be achieved under the Act–Miscroscopic difference between male and female, adult and non adult is neither real or substantial nor does it have any rational relation to the object of legislation–Word “adultmale” is deleted.
