Rajasthan Prisoners Open Air Camp Rules, 1972–Rule 3–Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 363, 364, 366-A & 376(2)(g)–Denial from granting the relief of Open Air Camp on the ground that the other convicts are residing in Open Air Camp with their wives and daughters–Recommendation is absolutely extraneous and unwarranted–Merely because the convict is of young age and other ladies/girls are living in the camp that by itself would not imply that the accused could misbehave with them–Indulgence so granted can be cancelled–Directed accordingly.
