Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009–Sec. 69A–Regularization of land–Declined–Justification–Original land-holder who was given the land in place of his earlier land, executed the agreement of sale in regard to the certain part of the land–Land was given by Municipality to him in pursuance of the compromise in a civil suit–His remaining land has been regularised but the petitioner-purchaser was declined from regularization–Senior Town Planner has given the opinion for regularization of land–Impugned orders have been passed without due application of mind–It was never objected by the respondents that the land falls in the limits of National Highway of GREF–Petitioner is neither encroacher nor any objection was raised that the agreement to sale was not valid–Directed to regularise the land of the petitioner.
