Rajasthan Premises (Control of Rent & Eviction) Act, 1950–Sec. 13(1)(h)–Decree of eviction on the ground of personal and bonafide necessity–Plaintiff -land-lord established his bona fide necessity–Concurrent findings of Courts below on this point–Further, subletting also can be in favour of a close relative of the tenant and it is not necessary for the land-lord to prove actual passing of the consideration of the rent by the sublettee in favour of main tenant because such facts are in special knowledge of tenant and sub-tenant–Decree deserves to be upheld.
