Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 91–Prayer to summon the documents relating to stay in different hotels–Dismissal of–Trial Court has specifically observed that during the investigation, the Investigating Agency has produced the copies of register of a hotel and recorded the statements of its Manager–It was also observed that the prosecutrix has not named any other hotel in the FIR and her statements u/ss. 161 & 164–None of witnesses have also stated that she was taken to any other hotel–Further, the observation of Trial Court that the averments of petitioner that the prosecutrix used to visit other hotels with the petitioner, are treated to be true, the bills and invoices would be with the petitioner–Held, order passed by the Trial Court is legal, well reasoned and detailed one–Interference declined.
