Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 319 & 398–Nature and scope of both Sections–Held, Sec. 319 is to be read in consonance with Sec. 398–Once a person is found the accused in the case, he goes out of the reach of Sec. 319–Necessity of making a further inquiry as envisaged in Sec. 398 cannot be obviated or circumvented by taking the resort of Sec. 319.
