Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 106–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 6, Rule 17–Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 18–Petitioner sought to amend the written statement with respect of non-maintainability of suit in view of the provisions of the new Act–Dismissal of the application with the observation that the suit was filed on 01.06.2019 and there is no provision in Sec. 18 of the Act of 2001 which can provide that the provisions of the Act would be applicable retrospectively–Further, no Notification with respect to provisions of Act of 2001 in District Deedwana has been issued–Held,Trial Court has not committed any error in dismissing the application.
