Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 125–Amount of Rs. 30,000/- per month towards the maintenance–Court below found by the photographs that the petitioner-husband is the proprietor of a jewellry shop–He was found sitting at the counter of business, he made the sale of ornaments and handwriting and signatures were found on the receipts–Court below also considered his salary certificate and found no merit in the same–He has the sufficient means to maintain his wife and minor son but is wilfully absconding from doing same–Impugned order does not suffer from any infirmity–Interference declined.
