Hindu Succession Act, 1956–Secs. 6, 14(1) & 14(3)–Partition by way of family arrangement–Three brothers were inherited in the property–Death of one brother–Partition took place between two brothers and widow of deceased–Thereafter widow sold her property by way of sale deed–Both the brothers filed the suit for declaration of sale deed void–Held, widow sold the property after becoming the absolute owner of the share of her husband and she was having full power to dispose of the said property–Impugned order of High Court set aside.
