Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 102–Release of the amount which was recovered u/s. 102–Investigation Officer stated that police have no objection if the said money is released in favour of petitioner–Held, trial Court and revisional Court committed error in dismissing the prayer of petitioner.
