1974–Sec. 6–Denial from releasing the land from mortgage–Justification–Land was mortgaged by other four persons by preparing forged documents–Police filed challan against them–Petitioner was not found guilty of any offence by the police–Declaration registered u/s. 6(1) is set aside and bank is directed to release the land of petitioner.
