Rajasthan Prisoners (Release on Parole) Rules, 1958–Rule 9–Parole was granted on the condition of furnishing of two sureties of Rs. 25,000/- each and personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- –Petitioner poor person, not in condition to furnish the sureties of this huge amount–Merely because the sureties and personal bond of such a large amount cannot be given, it cannot be a ground for depriving him of the liberty of parole–Held, petitioner be released on the personal bond of Rs. 15,000/-.
