Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 362 & 451–Revision Court allowed the application for release of crackers–However, subsequently, the order modified up to the extent that the crackers be released only recovered from the licenced godowns–No jurisdiction to alter the earlier order–Further, it is the admitted fact that the order of release of crackers was passed on the ground of having the licence–Held, impugned subsequent orders are liable to be quashed and set aside.
