Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 170, 419, 354 & 323–Petitioner was convicted u/s. 170–Therefore, there was no justification for convicting him u/s. 419–Conviction u/s. 419 is is set aside and sentence for the offence u/s. 170 is reduced from two years to one year.
