Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 111–Lessor entered into an agreement to sell the tenanted property to his leasee during the subsistence of the lease–Whether the execution of such agreement would ipso facto resulted in determination of lease and sever the relationship of lessor and the leassee in relation to the leased property ?–Held, if the parties really intended to surrender their tenancy rights while entering into the agreement to the sale of suit property, it would have made necessary provision to this effect by providing a specific clause in agreement.
