Insurance Claim–Settlement of–Denial by Insurance Company on the ground that the appellant did not produce the original certificate of registration–The original certificate was lost and RTO declined to issue the duplicate certificate because the details of registration on the computer had been locked due to report of theft of the truck–Insurance Company became too technical while settling the claim–Documents sought were beyond the control of appellant–Once there was a valid insurance on payment of a huge sum by way of premium and the truck was stolen, the Insurance Company ought not to have become too technical and ought not to have refused to settle the claim on non-submission of the duplicate certified copy of the certificate of registration.
