Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 1959–Sec. 300–Order of regularisation of land–Cancelled in revision–After the application for regularisation was filed, the objections were invited on 06.07.1992 and on the very next day i.e. on 07.07.1992, the regularisation was made–Irregularity in thr procedure is clearly revealed–Signatures of one of the members was made on 13.07.1992 which shows that no meeting was held on 07.07.1992–Petitioner was not entitled to regularisation–Held, no case is made out for interference.
