Criminal Trial–Second FIR on the basis of same facts–Earlier, the son of complainant had lodged the FIR in which the negative final report was submitted–All the allegations in second FIR are identical except the allegation of offence under P.C. Act–Continuance of investigation would be nothing but a gross abuse of the process of Court–FIR deserves to be quashed.
