Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302 & 201–Arms Act, 1959–Sec. 4/25–Conviction–Appreciation –Appellant and deceased were living in the same house–Both of them often indulged in fighting after consuming the liquor–Appellant was last seen in the company of deceased on the date of incident–Witnesses left the room when they started fighting–Appellant failed to furnish any explanation u/s. 106 of Evidence Act–Cause of death was a large number of sharp-edged weapon wounds–Held, a charge of offence was proved against him beyond the reasonable doubt, and conviction was justified.
