Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 107–Petitioner Gram-Panchayat is aggrieved with the order of set apart of land for construction of Govt. Offices–Ground of petitioner that the Govt. took the decision to construct these buildings in it’s limits but the land of other Gram Panchayat was set aparted–Petitioner failed to produce any decision of comptent authority indicating that the Govt. Buildings in question were sanctioned to be constructed in it’s limits–Further, it could sought refer the dispute u/s. 107 before the State Govt.–Further more, the petitioner has no locus standi to challenge
the order of set apart, passed by the Collector–Interference declined.
