Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420/406/120-B–FIR for the offence–Sustain-ability–It is a simple refusal to repay the money and return the gold and silver ornaments that had been allegedly lent by the complainant–It cannot constitute the criminal offence ascribed to the petitioners–Dispute is purely of civil nature which has been given the colour of criminality in the complaint forming the basis of FIR–FIR deserves to be quashed.
