Criminal Trial–Prosecution of an advocate–Permissibility–Merely for rendering a legal advice / opinion, it would not be permissible to prosecute an advocate–If the professional advice is found to be non-favourable for the client and the same would result in criminal prosecution, against a lawyer, in such circumstance the system of justice delivery would suffer.
