Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420, 406 & 120-B–FIR for the offence–Prayer for quashing–Sublease agreement was executed between the parties which was extended for next two months–Allegation that the revenue share of the complainant was not paid by the petitioner–Petitioner stopped to make the payment after the extension of agreement–There is no whisper or even a word of allegation against the petitioner that he induced the complainant in any manner to enter into the sublease agreement, so also hand over the possession of the property in question–It appears that the complainant with aid and help of the police intends to continue the criminal motion for one or other reason, apparently to achieve his goal/purpose against the petitioner for putting an undue pressure–The best case of the complainant is at the most of flouting the agreed terms and conditions by petitioners incorporated in the sublease agreement–Allegations seems to be afterthought and have been raised in the air–Dispute of civil nature–FIR quashed.
