Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 11–Scope–Mere non-filing of the subject document along with the plaint can not entail the dismissal of the plaint under Order 7, Rule 11–Subject document can be produced at a later stage with the leave of Court–Further, the plea that the copy of the document produced alone with the plaint is forged, cannot be countenanced in view of the provisions of Order 7, Rule 11–Application was rightly dismissed.
