Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 307–Order of framing charge–Sustainability–Injury report shows that the injured sustained two simple injuries, caused by a blunt weapon–Medical Jurist opined that the injuries were not dangerous to life–Trial Court ignored the order passed by this Court and deliberately passed an unreasoned order in pursuance of the direction of this Court–Charge for the offence u/s. 307 is not made out–Petitioners are entitled to be discharged from the offence u/s. 307.
