Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 151–Application for issuing the direction for restoration of electricity connection–Rejection of–Proceedings for eviction have already been initiated by the respondent-company after retirement of the petitioner–Earlier, the application for temporary injunction preferred by the petitioner seeking interim relief against eviction was dismissed and ultimately the writ petition was also dismissed–There is no provision of law which can provide that a person who is in unauthorised occupation of the land/property, would be entitled to claim the basic amenities be provided to him–Till date, no amount qua the user of property has been recovered by the respondent-company–Interference declined.
