Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 13, Rule 2–Defendant was crossexamined to a good extent–Thereafter, the plaintiff filed the application under Order 13, Rule 2 to file certain documents in order to cross-examine the defendant in regard these documents–Cross-examination could not be completed because of death of defendant–Trial Court completly ignored the statements of DW-1–Whether proper ?–Held, no–Great prejudice was caused to him.
