Justification–Trial Court wrongly ignored whole statements of defendant for want of cross-examination on certain documents under Order 13, Rule 2–Not justified–Further, while deciding the issue No. 1, statements of witnesses were also not considered–Decree is quashed and set aside with direction of deciding the issue No. 1 & 2 afresh.
