Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 323 & 341–Conviction–Reduction of sentence–Appeal is pending since the year 1994–Sentence of the appellant was suspended during the pendency of appeal–It would be a deserving case for reducing the sentence where the mater is an old one–Sentence reduced up to the period of already undergone.
