Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 498-A, 306 & 201–Illicit relationship of husband–Even if the same is proved, the cruelty, as envisaged under the first limb of Sec. 498-A would not be attracted as there is no evidence available in the instant case which can establish the high degree of mental cruelty, which
includes cruelty to derive a woman to commit suicide.
