Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 91–Proceedings under–Petitioners were asked to submit the reply before 22.03.2016, however, their possessions were removed on 21.03.2016–Land in dispute had never been recorded in favour of petitioners and it was belonging to UIT–Held, restoration of position as on 21.03.2016 cannot be directed, however, petitioners are free to claim compensation for damage by filing the civil suit.
