Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994–Rule 80–Election petition which was pending at the stage of final hearing was transferred back by the learned ADJ on account that it has no jurisdiction to hear and decide the same–After the re-transfer, petitioner filed the application before learned District Judge for re-trial of the case–Dismissal of application–Justification–Proceedings drawn by the ADJ Court were without jurisdiction and cannot be saved–Impugned order of District Judge quashed and set aside the directed to hear the election petition from the stage it was transferred to ADJ.
