Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994–Rule 81–Presentation of eletion petition alongwith vakalatnama of Advocate is taken to be the presentation as per Rule 81–Election petition cannot be thown on the ground that the election petitioner was not present in Bharatpur on the relevant day.
