Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 19–Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994–During the pendency of the election petition, the tenure of the elected body came to end–Whether the election petition would become infructuous ? –Held, the cases wherein the election petition has been filed other than the grounds of corrupt practice, an account of the term of the elected body/office having come to an end and/or it’s premature dissolution, the petition would be rendered infructuous.
