Seeds Act, 1966–Sec. 21–Scope for prosecuting the Company for the offence–Held, there should be specific averments in the complaint supported by the proper material which can show how a particular person is being sought to be prosecuted for an offence committed by the firm or Company–It should also be shown that now the person sought to be prosecuted was responsible for the conduct of day to day affairs of firm or Company.
