Industrial Disputes Act, 1947–Sec. 25-F, 25-G & 25-H–Reintrenchment–Hold improper by Labour Court–Direction of reinstatement–High Court modified the award upto compensation of Rs. 1,50,000 in lieu of reinstatement–Justification–Workman worked for more than five years–Order of termination was passed in violation of provisions of Secs. 25-F Clause (a), (b), 25-G & 25-H– Impugned award passed by High Court can not be held justified–Further held, labour Court was not correct in denying back wages–Appellant is entitled for reinstatement with 25% back wages.
