Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 16 (c)–Readyness and willingness of plaintiff–Conclusion of–Plaintiff was required to pay at least Rs. 20,000/- during the stipulated period of three months–Steps initiated by him were neither avered in plaint nor disclosed in oral testimony–He raised a false claim–Trial Court decided the issue in favour of plaintiff by misdirecting itself in law and holding as if negative burden was casted upon the defendants–Conclusion of trial Court over this issue can not be sustained.
