Industrial Dispute Act, 1947–Sec. 10–Labour Court hold that the employees are entitled to the pay, allowances and other benefits in accordance with Cement Wage Board–Single Judge remanded back the matter with observing that the workmen were not the employees engaged by the employer through contractor–Respondent did not produce the tripartite settlement despite of opportunity–Further, its contents were also not disclosed either before Labour Court or Single Judge–Held, observations made by Single Judge deserve to be set aside.
