Criminal Trial–Injuries sustained by the deceased–Defence theory that these were received as a result of accidental fall on a fodder cutting machine–Internal bleeding in the brain–Injury nos. 1 & 4 were of sharp weapon and injury nos. 2 & 3 were of blunt weapon–Medical opinion up to effect that all the injuries could not be caused in a single fall–Plea is fallacious and unbelievable.
