Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 115 & Order 22–Substitution of legal representatives in a revision–Issue would be governed by the Full Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Babulal AIR 1953 Raj. 169 and Principle laid down by Hon’ble Supreme Court in case of Puran Singh (1996) 2 SCC 205.
