Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998–Sec. 2(iii)–Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881–Bill of exchange–Scope of–For the document falling within the definition of bill of exchange as defined under the Act of 1998, same should either answer the definition of bill of exchange as defined in the Negotiable Instruments Act or should entitle any person for payment by any other reason, any sum of money.
