Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023–Sec. 194(3)–Penal Code, 1860–420, 409, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B–Information, Technology Act, 2000–Sec. 65–Prayer for quashing the FIR–After investigation no offence has been found against the petitioner and no supplementary charge-sheet is proposed against him–In any case, where the charge-sheet has been filed u/s. 193(3) against the prime accused, no further investigation can be carried out without the permission of the learned Trial Court–Petition deserves to be disposed of with the above observation.
