pleadings–While filing the suit, it was admitted that Municipality is the
owner of subject property and plaintiffs are in adverse possession–Now, amendment upto the effect that the property was purchased through regd. sale deed dated 6.9.1965–Both the stands are contradictory and defeating to each other–Plaintiff cannot be permitted to withdraw his admission–Held, application was rightly rejected.
