Contributory Negligence–High Court fixed the 30% liability of appellantcar-driver and 70% liability was imposed on bus driver on the ground of damage to both vehicles–Passenger in the bus was thrown out of the bus through the front windscreen and car took the U turn due to accident–The root cause of
accident was the negligence of bus driver–Findings of Tribunal are liable to be restored.
