Custody of Woman–Prosecutrix stated that she is aged of 19 years and went with S at her own will–Medical report also showing her age 18-19 years–She desired to go with S–Held, Magistrate was not justified in giving her custody to Nari Niketan–She is free to move as per his wish and desire.
