Eviction–Comparative Hardship–Plaintiff purchased the premises for his own business of betal nuts and betel leaves–Premises measuring a mere 9.7 square meters would be must suitable for the business proposed–Though the other premises was purchased during the pendency of proceedings, yet that is being used for running a flour mill and that cannot be used for a retail business of betel nuts and betel leaves–Further, the respondents are running several other business in other premises and owning the agricultural lands–Held, issue of comparative hardship is decided in favour of appellants–Respondents are directed to vacate the premises.
