Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 167(2)–Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B–Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967–Sec. 18–Default bail–Disentitlement on the basis of supplementary charge-sheet–Original charge sheet filed within 180 days was required to be filed within 90 days in view of the provisions of the law contained therein–Thereafter, the sanction was obtained and supplementary charge sheet was filed under the UAPA Act after 211 days–State cannot take advantage of the fact that in one case there is one charge sheet and supplementary charge sheets are used to
extend the time period in this manner–Appellant is entitled to get the default bail.
